secure parking easy access city view

i found secure underground parking which was very useful. the tram station is right outside the hotel and provides easy access to the city center. i had good views of the city from my room.

the sound insulation of the front door was not perfect , and i could hear some noise from the hallway.

Convenient Stay Near Porta Garibaldi

great assistance convenient location early arrival

Antonio at the front desk offered me great assistance upon my early arrival after a long flight, i was able to rest before check in. I got my room ready much earlier than regular check in time! The location was convenient. The tram and metro made city center access easy.

The loud disco music from downstairs disturbed my sleep. I heard it up on the 8th floor until 4am. This disco noise really affected my stay. The sound insulation of the front door was inadequate, so hall noises were audible. it was difficult to sleep well with such disruptive noise

The hotel is near the metro. This provides excellent access to transport links. I was close to the city center! trams offer another option. Many local pubs and restaurants are within walking distance.

The room was clean. New towels arrived daily. The bed was big and comfortable, the pillows also! Storage was more than adequate. There was a safe available for valuables, so I felt secure.

A microwave was available in the dining room for free use. Hot drinks and snacks were available to purchase at reception. The breakfast seemed excellent, though I did not try it! I may try it on my next stay.

Excellent City Stay

early arrival great rest welcome feeling

The front desk staff was helpful. I appreciated Antonio's assistance upon my early arrival. He provided a workspace and local suggestions while preparing my room. I got my room earlier than expected and rested well (that was really great!).

The sound insulation was not perfect. I could hear noises from the corridor sometimes.

The hotel features three lifts. There is a roof terrace open from 11:00 until 23:00. The check-out time was 12:00 pm, which I found very convenient. I was allowed to leave my bags after checking out.
